A&A are straight out of a romantic novel. The first time they met was in the elevator at work, just by chance. After that was a romantic first date, walks along the waterfront in Old Town and sweet dinners out together. Just a few years later he proposed in Old Town Alexandria right down by the waterfront. Their wedding was filled with happiness and laughter and the skies topped it off with a gorgeous sunset wedding in Bluemont.

As they looked for places to host their wedding, they wanted something beautiful, romantic, and with a lovely view of sunset. This sunset wedding in Bluemont lived up to those dreams. As friends and family gathered they said their vows, smiling and laughing together just as they have always done. We ate great food, danced to good music and celebrated into the night. When sunset came was were graced with one of the most amazing sunsets I’ve ever had at a wedding. Huge open skies full of pink and purples made up a beautiful backdrop; and they danced in front of the sky while I created some amazing silhouettes. You can even see the crescent moon poke through the clouds and twinkle in the distance.
